Across the street from Harrods - very convenient. Ample seating and lovely staff. The hot chocolate is my personal favorite but my daughter loves the coffees. Latte and the saddle cap are her two favorites. Latte is a great basic and the saddle cap is cold, and full of (sweet) flavor! Ton of healthy food options. Def go here over the Paul’s or Pret. My new spot when bouncing to London.
Loved the avo on toast with poached eggs and acai smoothie, so delicious. Service was also great and on point. Thanks to Divya, Nick and of course the kitchen staff who made the food with love.
The food was absolutely amazing and unique, so were the drinks. The place is quite small so it might be busy and there might not be a table available to sit at. The service was nice and polite and overall vibe was cute. The only reason for 4/5 points for atmosphere is that it seemed like a few people just came did not order anything and left?
Staff are all super super friendly and service is excellent iced spanish was delicious and zaatar toast was pretty and filling. Go on a weekday morning to avoid crowds :)
Really enjoyed my Iced Spanish Latte from saddle. Creamy, perfect amount of coffee the way I like. I wish they did size options. Queues can get long in there but the baristas are very quick. Good customer service too, located near Knightsbridge station few minutes walk and next to harrods. Would definitely return.
Excellent service and staff. Gave me extra shot of coffee and custom made a drink for me. Food was nice but small portions for price. I get the location etc but come on.
Had a great experience at Saddle! It was a little busy when I arrived, but the line moved quickly and the staff kept everything running smoothly. I tried the Spanish iced latte and it was absolutely wonderful – smooth, perfectly sweet, and refreshing. Definitely worth a visit!
I had an amazing experience at Saddle Coffee Shop, and a big part of that was thanks to Youssef, the cashier. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and positive energy that instantly made my morning better. Youssef is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Even during busy hours, he handles orders smoothly, never losing his cool or his welcoming attitude. He took the time to recommend a drink based on what I liked, and it ended up being one of the best coffees I’ve had! It’s rare to find someone who brings such a great vibe to a place, but Youssef truly makes Saddle feel special. If you’re stopping by, you’ll not only get great coffee but also top-tier service. Highly recommend!
